The short version

This website collects nothing about you unless you send us an enquiry. There are no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. If you do send an enquiry, we use your details only to reply to you.

Who we are

What we collect, and why

When you use the "Start a project" form we receive what you type into it:

• your name and email address, so we can reply
• your business name, what you need and your budget, if you choose to share them
• your message

We use these only to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan your project. We never sell them, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).

Where it goes, and for how long

Your enquiry is sent to our inbox by email, through our email delivery provider. It is not stored in a database on the website. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months so we can follow up, unless you become a client, in which case they become part of your project records. Ask us at any time and we'll delete them.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for a short time to keep the site secure. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading this site sends nothing to font services.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or object to how we use them. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
