Do I own my website?

Yes. Once the project is paid, the design, the code and the content are yours. You can host it with us or on your own hosting, and you're never locked in.

Can I update it myself?

If you'd like to make changes yourself, we can build you a simple portal for updating text, photos and prices, at an additional cost. You can also choose a care plan and we'll make the updates for you, or just ask whenever something needs changing.

What about hosting and the domain?

We're flexible. We can host your site for you, or set it up on hosting you already have. Either way, we connect your domain and make sure the site loads quickly and securely.

How long does it take?

Most projects take two to six weeks from the first call to launch. A single page launch site can be live in as little as two weeks. You'll have a preview link from the first week, so you can watch it come together.

What do you need from me?

A call about your business and your customers, plus your logo and any photos you have. If you don't have text or images yet, we can help write the words and plan the photos.

Will it work on phones and show up on Google?

Every page is designed for phones first and tested on four screen sizes before launch. Search setup is included: page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and the technical details search engines look for.

What happens after launch?

Business sites include three months of care: updates, backups and small changes. After that, a monthly care plan is optional, and you can always come back for individual changes.

How does payment work?

Every project starts with a fixed quote and a signed agreement setting out exactly what we'll build. You pay 50% to start and the remaining 50% before the site goes live. Larger projects can be split into three stages: 40% to start, 30% when the design is approved and 30% before launch. Care plans are billed monthly.

Can I use Micro Invest or Digitalise Your SME?

Possibly, and if you're planning to, tell us before we start. Both Malta schemes have rules about timing, so we'll put a signed agreement in place before any work begins, give you the quote your application needs, and time the deposit and invoices so your application stays eligible. Where funding has to be approved first, nothing is paid until your approval is in place.
